What is the best way to support the boat on a boat lift. Do I make cradles on both ends , or boards that go from front to rear? any help will be greatly appreciated.
Most sailboats seen generally have the keel resting on the bottom of a lift with bunk board style boards supporting the hull just like you see on boat trailers. That is the way I would go.Slinging the boat would in time create more problems for the hull.
