Hey guys I am looking for a few takes on the best option for air conditioning. I dont want portable! My boat is a 336, and math tells me thats probably a 12000 btu unit. Luckily I am already plummed because of central heat which I use so much in San Diego! I also have some options on thru hulls for the water in and out. I am wondering who makes a quality unit? Should I install it under setee or in the cockpit lazarette where I currently have an ardic forced air diesel heater. I was thinking about removing this and just getting the cool/heat model.
