Can lifeline stations be bent back straight? Mine are bent at thee base plate.

I would not trust it.

Check out Garhauer Marine. They will custom drill the bases if needed.

If you remove them from the deck first they can be repaired but will be somewhat weaker after that. If you try to straighten them on the boat you risk doing damage to the deck by pulling or bending the mounting/reinforcement plates in the deck structure.
Stantions on many smaller boats are mainly for looks as they are so low that they cause as much hazard as they try to prevent.

I had a bent standsion repair at a local welding shop. It was only bent about 20 degrees. He heated it straightened it and inserted a smaller stainless sleeve inside and welded that in place. It cost me $50.00 but I wanted them all to match. BTW it was on a 34 Oday.
