Is the Beneteau USA Syselios Parts Order System active? I filled out the UserID and Password request form online 1 week ago and have not received a response as of yet. What other online sources are available to purchase parts such as the cockpit clear plastic instruments cover?

When I signed up several years ago I received an email from Ward Richardson. Ward iis one of the Beneteau customer service reps in SC.

If the Syselios system still requires a lot of human interacion to get a new user set up that might be the issue. I'm sure, given the time of year, they are pretty busy right now.

I've always had good luck calling customer service and waiting a bit if I have to to speak to someone.

BTW - I was underwhelmed by the Syselois system.
