I was finally reinstated into the Beneteau spare parts site, to obtain access again to the online spare parts catalog.
Here's how it works now. You will have to request access through your Beneteau dealer of choice. The dealer will send your contact info to Ward Richardson at Beneteau. Ward will send an email with a link to the spare parts site. Upon opening the link, and logging on to spare parts, you will then reset your password.
You can browse the catalog or enter a part number (if known) for price and availability. If you order, the order info will be sent to your dealer. The dealer will contact you for a delivery address and credit card number. I believe that the part will be shipped to you directly from Beneteau USA. It is a bit more cumbersome; however, at least you will have access to the Beneteau online catalog again and have access to those parts that are unique to your boat.
I contacted Annapolos Yacht Sales (AYS) parts department and requested that they reinstate my credentials with Beneteau because I had ordered from them previously and they were good to deal with. They contacted me within 24 hours informing me to be on the lookout for the email from Beneteau spare parts, to reset my password.

Very good to know. I’m going to contact my dealer and see if it works as smoothly. I’m glad to hear that the site continues to be available.

@BigEasy All the dealers that I've found are yacht sales, and I don't see anything about parts. Do you have a dealer that does this or is it just pick a victim?

I used Annapolis Yacht Sales to set up my account. I know that they have a dedicated, well run parts department that is staffed and ships quickly ( I have dealt with them previously). Can actually talk to them on the phone or get a quick email response if that is how you wish to deal with them. You are going to have to set up your account with a Beneteau Yacht Sales dealer. Some of them have dedicated parts departments, some don't. I am not sure of the dealers in Florida, I know that Murray Yachts has the Gulf Coast Region, not sure about the Atlantic side. Regardless, I would make sure that they have a dedicated & staffed parts department to handle your order.

I set up my account yesterday.... My local dealer had the email to me within a couple of minutes, I signed in with new user name and temp password, then once in I changed the password. I ordered my parts online, dealer send me an email a couple hours later, I called, gave cc info and mailing address. Very simple!

Dealer indicated this was all done as Beneteau is working on a new system. The old parts ordering was having issues with state tax computations so they gave that to local dealers temporarily. He felt all will be back the way it was with better billing in the near future.

UPDATE: I reached out to another Beneteau dealer today and got my access restored just as others on this thread have described. YMMV, but the lesson here is persistence pays.

I've been trying for months to even get my local dealer to engage with me in a discussion about the situation regarding the parts website. For months they have ignored my emails when I was specific that the ask was reestablishing access to just the catalog, and that I understood I would be working through them for fulfillment of any parts orders.

Finally I got them to engage when I just asked about starting a parts orders, then I pivoted to explaining that I would need access to the schematics on the parts website, that I was aware of others that have access to the schematics, and that all they needed to do was request said access from Ward Richardson.

Basically they said I was lied to and owner access does not exist.

Can anyone who did get access provide me with contact information for the dealer they used to facilitate the access? I'd like to give that dealer my business.

Hi, I have recently bought a Sense 55 and I'm facing the old problem, how to obtain access to the spare parts web site. My current dealer was not able to provide an account yet, and before putting any pressure on them I wanted to ask if anybody has obtained access through an European dealer, and if yes, which dealer is it. Thanks!

Did you purchase the Sense from a U.S. dealer? Are you still in the U.S., and only the boat in Europe? I doubt that a U.S. dealer wants to get involved in ordering parts to ship back to Europe, it would probably be the slowest possible way to order parts. I would go ahead and start asking about access to the parts diagrams in their EU form, and find out what the EU ordering system is.

No connection to U.S., except for maybe sailing west next year. I'm in German, boat in the Netherlands :) That's why I was asking if anyone has experience with EU-based dealers.
