I was finally reinstated into the Beneteau spare parts site, to obtain access again to the online spare parts catalog.
Here's how it works now. You will have to request access through your Beneteau dealer of choice. The dealer will send your contact info to Ward Richardson at Beneteau. Ward will send an email with a link to the spare parts site. Upon opening the link, and logging on to spare parts, you will then reset your password.
You can browse the catalog or enter a part number (if known) for price and availability. If you order, the order info will be sent to your dealer. The dealer will contact you for a delivery address and credit card number. I believe that the part will be shipped to you directly from Beneteau USA. It is a bit more cumbersome; however, at least you will have access to the Beneteau online catalog again and have access to those parts that are unique to your boat.
I contacted Annapolos Yacht Sales (AYS) parts department and requested that they reinstate my credentials with Beneteau because I had ordered from them previously and they were good to deal with. They contacted me within 24 hours informing me to be on the lookout for the email from Beneteau spare parts, to reset my password.
