Beneteau Parts - Is it this hard to get through?

I have tried calling Beneteau for parts for my lowly F235 and have received the voice mail of the parts guy several times. Leaving a message doesnt seem to bring much result. Do any of you know of a better place/method for getting parts for your Beneteau? One thing for sure, even something as simple as a rudder clevis pin for the 235 is hard to acquire. kh http://www.beneteau235.com/

Try customer service

Kelly, I have had to get parts from Beneteau a few times and they have been pretty good. Recently, I found that all the barrels on the reading lights in my 361 had cracked. They sent out the replacemetns the next day. Try calling Ward Richardson in customer service. Even if I leave a message they have gotten back to me in a day or so. Right on the money

Thanks for the tip here. When I asked for "Ward Richardson" specifically, I was connected right away. Although he didnt have the Clevis pin in stock, other parts where there (The pin would take 2-3 weeks). Thanks again for the help. - kh
