Beneteau liberty first 285 swim ladder

I have searched the forum but couldn't find comments on the Beneteau swim ladder for a 285. The ladder was damaged in a storm and I now have water leaking into the hull when underway as the stern dips down. I now have the boat on the hard and would like to fix the problem. My question is how do you access the internal mounting bolts? Propane locker once removed? Aft stateroom once rear wall is removed or through the starboard storage locker which will be quite a gymnastic feat for me.

I've done this and had to go through the cockpit locker and yes it is a job best left to contortionists or smaller teenagers.
