Beneteau First 47.7 Teak Decks?

Anyone have any experience with the teak decks on any of the Farr designed First .7 boats?

They look beautiful, but I am trying to do a bit of due diligence before buying one.

I understand the trick to maintain them is to leave them alone ... no scrubbing, no powerwashing, etc.

Anyone with any experience?
