The deadlights on my Beneteau First 38 have over time developed a few leaks that I would like to stop without going through the hassle of taking them off and re-beading. Has someone had any success (at least partial) at stopping leaks with silicone or other similar products, and if so, can you share how you went about doing this and with what product?

I used clear silicone (rtv) as a temp repair ,until I rebed with dow 795. Just went over the original using my finger. I think the trick to keep them sealed is not to walk on them. When re stepping the mast with help they got walked on and started leaking again, out came the silicone again

Same here, usually stays leak free for 3 to 4 months. I use the needle from a hypodermic or insulin syringe and lay down a fine bead of Capt Tolley’s around the edge of the deteriorating Sika sealant.
