So I was sail training today and although the battery was good my engine would not kick on after we stopped it.

After taking out the bolts to the starter panel it would seem that no electricity is going to the unit.

Is there a circuit breaker for the starter that I can't seem to locate? Any suggestions?

Lastly, how do I tell how much fuel I have in the tank?

Thanks again, this time I am actually at the boat docked.

GregorLuv,

We had a similar issue on our B321 years ago. For us, the problem was the connectors in the line between the starter solenoid and the starter switch. I replaced the entire line with a solid wire and have not had the problem since (probably 12 years.
Can't help with your fuel question...

You fill it up, record the gallons and engine hours. Run five to ten hours and refill and record. Then you do the math. Most boats of your size use around 0.5 gph. Then, knowing the size of your tank, you can determine your range on one tank (leave some for reserve, like 2 gallons).

Gee, high school math really can be used in real life. :)
