Beneteau First 210 parts help please

Does anyone know where to purchase parts for a 1994 Beneteau First 210? Specifically the special plastic 'collar' that the worm gear handle rests on (white with ball bearings inside for raising/lowering the swing keel). This white part is on top of the 'volcano' hole inside the cabin. I think the white part is made of 'Delran' plastic.
