Some people blow air through the system or you could simply run antifreeze through it by pulling the intake off the seacocks and running into the antifreeze jug.
I have two units, one aft and one in main cabin. They are both supplied by the same pump. There is a manifold on the output of the pump with two lines (assume one feeds the main the other the aft unit). How about disconnecting one at a time and pumping antifreeze through until it is coming out the discharge opening in the hull? Boat is on the hard and I have no power to the Cruiseair unit.
That works!
If you can ensure no water remains in the manifold and pump, you'll sleep better all winter. Gravity and opening the influent of both the pump and manifold are all you need.
With the boat out of the water, no AC power.
1) Remove the cooling water filter/strainer cup. Catch any water than drains. Leave bucket in place.
2) On the top of the AC unit, un-clamp and remove the cooling water exit hose that goes to the above waterline thru-hull. Catch any water that drains.
3) Slip a length of soft hose onto the barb where the hose was attached.
4) Hold hose up and with a funnel, pour antifreeze in
5) Continue 4) until liquid coming out of open filter is darkly the color of the antifreeze.
6) You're done. You can also put the filter back together and open the seacock to dump the water.

Had the same problem,
I bought a pump $13.00 that is driven by a hand drill,
took my cordless drill and took a spray nozzle warped it in rubberized electrical tape to help it seal, along with some short pcs of hose to suck the antifreeze out of the jug.
Held the nozzle in tight the OUT threw hull ran the drill shoving the fluid threw the system backwards and it came out the intake ran the gallon out.
This should work strainer is full of pink fluid.
