I found a forum from a couple of years ago where 351/352 owners described plans for mounting winches aft for single handed sailing, managing the jib. I cannot find those plans. Can someone post them?

Always a trick when you want to mount your winches at a height below your jib car leads. In order to prevent overrides, you'll need to mount sheet fairlead blocks somewhere BELOW the level of your winches, and let the sheet rise up to them.
