The best tutorial that I have seen is on You Tube; “Rebuilding A Profurl Furler & You can Too” by Living for Sail. It does not include replacement of bushings, only bearings (1) and seals (2).

I just received an article that was published in Good Old Boat that explains the ProFurl refurbishing process with great detail as well as excellent photos. Sailrite Enterprises now has the complete Good Old Boat collection; my understanding is that they plan to archive and make them accessible for dowload in future. I highly recommend that you send an email to sailrite and request a copy of the ProFurl article.
