After each sail, my shower sump is filled with a substantial amount of water and I am not sure of its source. The shower sump line goes to a T that joins with the sink drain to the thru hull. There is a stop valve between the pump and the sump. Could this valve be failing? Can water get to the sump from another part of the boat? Help!

Clean your shower strainer. It's virtually clogged and causing a siphon to start. Scary. Happened to my 373.
This "stop" valve could be clogged with gooky stuff and will not close, thus letteing water backflow into the shower. Clean that, too.
