Bella Barchetta in Half Moon Bay

Put my boat in at my local harbor for the Sailstice weekend.
Then spent the day solo sailing in and out of the breakwater... perfect conditions!

Solo launch and sail at my local harbor in Half Moon Bay...

Perfect winds on smooth water with warm, sunny skies... Obviously I cross-sheet the genoa when solo...

Picked up a mooring ball solo for a lunch break...

Then headed out to the channel marker buoy and back...

My little "tiller tender" works great on such smooth water with steady winds...

She couldn't sail yesterday... but we had a great day of sailing today!
A lot cooler today, but perfect winds and just a lot more fun with her on board!!

In search of whales... none found today

Passing the buoy... heading back toward the breakwater

Playing with the HMBYC Cal 20 fleet...

Flat water and a good 12 to 15 kts makes for fast & fun sailing inside the breakwater...

Later this evening, I'll post a few more from Sunday... our Summer Sailstice!
...another really nice day of sailing before pulling her out of the water.

Then I accidentally left the camera running...
...docking at the boat ramp, haul out, lowering the mast, etc...
But I'm not sure the camera angle is of any help for watching that whole procedure.
( I haven't looked at the video )
