what is Jose going to do? ive learned from @JamesG161 that highs push lows and there are some highs in the us right now, but it also looks like Irma us going to suck Jose into Florida right behind her.

As seen in other posts/threads, I haven't heard from all my family yet and Jose is lurking.

One weather news source indicated it will bounce around to the north and be weakened significantly by colder water before it moves close to land.

Without exception, the cone of uncertainty is alway, always, always correct. They just keep changing it to match conditions.
