We're in the midst of a week of San Diego weather here in Minneapolis.... Sunny, Breezy, Seventy. So CBxxxxx (never remember that stupid number) and I grabbed some beer and took one long spin run all the way down lake Minnetonka, including going thru the two narrows with the kite up. Got to the other end, and came back on one long beat. And the beer was good too.

Nice! Beautiful video. You beat me on the water. Running outboards today and expect to be launched in Bodega Bay by the end of next week! Enjoy! Chief

Couldn't figure why some one up there would be talking about the annual BEER Cruise in Pensacola :) Although last year there were three Canadian boats there

Amazingly, we have been on the water for a month. 5 races and at least that many beer and practice sails to date. Even more amazingly, we could have been on the water 3 weeks earlier if the bottom had been ready.

Totally! Unless a boat was designed for an asym, it will almost always be faster with a symmetric.
