Does any one have a recommendation on where to buy affordable bed sheeets for a 32 ft Sailboat ?

Bed sheets

Usually you purchase your own bed sheets and supply a template of the cushions (tracing the shape of the cushion on a roll of paper). The chandlery will cut the sheets to size and shape and sew the elastic. You pay for the labor and shipping costs. In the BVI I would check with a seamstress or an upholsterer as they may be able to do it cheaper, faster and with no shipping charges. I would avoid stripped sheets as the stripes may not line up with the contours of the cushions but you get to pick out the ones you want.

The top sheet can.....
... also be done in a way ...
...where it has a foot attached that keeps it in place since you put the foot on and.......
.... then the bottom sheet that locks it and....
.... then you fold it back over. Both sheets go on at the same time standing at the head of the bed instead of having to crawl up into the v-berth to do it if you cut....
... the cushions into thirds and possibly make covers for them also as shown above. Put the sheets on the first section and slide it forward and then add the second and third sections of the mattress without having to get up in there on your hands and knees.

Well, I WAS gonna tell you about the fitted sheets I made, but after Sumner's post, there's no need.
BUT- I don't take them off the foot. I unhook the edges, fold inward, and then roll toward the foot, and put the insert my boat has, on top. Takes me about 45 seconds to make or unmake the vee berth

Do any of you have thoughts what to do with a compression post? My boat is small and has the compression post about 2' back from the head of the V-berth.
I was thinking how if I slit the head to fit around the post, how would I attach it together? But from Sumner's post, I see I could take out the excess at the foot of the V, and use those scraps to piece into a nice flap that could cover snaps or velcro.

I am not sure why but my wife does not wanty fitted sheets. I have offered to sew her some but instead she uses a normal sheet with sheet suspenders. I should note that this is for a pulman berth which is more rectangular than a V-berth.
