battries for first 285

does any one know what the battry size and battrey number in the 1988 first 285 should be. mine are to big and the bunk floor is raised up
I know someone put the wrong battries in it I just bought the 285

you can put whatever size battery(s) you want, but I have 2 group 27's on my 27footer.
