Just bought a 1996 430. Can someone tell me what are the purposes of the 2 two small breaker on the panel?

The winch breaker button is for the power winch used to raise the mainsail. The windlass breaker button is for the anchor windless to raise the anchor.

I don't have the small fuse buttons. Are they wired to the selector switches? Could be for engine battery charging and house battery charging.
