Battery Selector Switch To Outboard

I'm installing a second battery in my Hunter 26 which has an electric start Honda 9.9 outboard motor. I have a Guest 2100 battery selector switch that has 1-2-Both-Off positions. Most of the wiring diagrams I've seen show typical connections to the starter, house circuit and alternator, but does not show any specific instruction for connecting an outboard with a charging system (starter connection wire and charging wire are the same wire). Even Don Casey's book doesn't address this. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks, BrianW

Selector Switch

The starter charger wire should go to F on the selector switch.B1 to battery one and B2 to battery 2.To charge both 1 and 2 the switch must be on both.Nick
