Put the 25 cents in the rum kitty.
I really admire that priority. Will do. Immediately! :)

My f-i-l's friend came over with his tractor yesterday to plow the 35-40 cm of snow in our long sloping driveway and parking area. No payment ever expected, he's been doing this for my f-i-l for 25 years.
He did appreciate the rum tot, though! :)

PLEW replied to me regarding the filler. Batteries must be pretty standard on how far plates are from the fill holes
"It shuts off automatically when battery cell is at proper level, no over fillign.
Features the double action fast flow valve tip that prevents after-drip.
It will also work on golf carts."

Trojan's whitepaper mentions levels.
"For standard batteries, electrolyte levels should be 1/8” below the bottom of the vent well about 1/2” to 3/4” above the top of the plates."
Found this image of the "vent well". I'll see if my jug shuts off accurately

Thanks for that. I usually fill right to the bottom edge. I'll keep that in mind next month.
