Hi Everyone: I am not understanding the reading on the battery meter adjacent to the Off-All-1-2 battery selector. The meter shows that a 100% charge on the battery is about 13.2 volts while my batteries are only 12 volt batteries. After I charge the batteries with the charger and the charger indicates the batteries are 100% charge, the meter only reads something like 75% charged at 12 volts. This isn't making sense to me. Thanks Melody

Melody-- You've uncovered one of the mysteries of electrical systems. Your 12 volt battery is fully charged at something over 13 volts. At 12 volts, you're only partially charged. Most other electrical mysteries remain unsolved, at least by me! There are a couple of good books on the subject, but as much as I read, it's still a hard subject for me to grasp. If you're really interested, Nigel Calder's BoatOwner's Electrical Manual and the 12 Volt Bible come to mind. Good Luck! Randy
