I didn't read the entire manual and never heard of these chargers so have no opinion on quality or how good their customer support is but why would you want a charger which does not have equalization capability?

You would be wise to spend a few dollars more and get a ProMariner Pronautic P 20A. This is a truly "smart" charger not one that is a sino or smart in name only. Not a big fan of waterproof chargers and the hokey connection schemes. Seems like an elcheapo Chinese charger billed as something more than it is... The a Pronautic P is a GREAT charger....
