I need to replace my battery charger and I'm considering the Xantrex TC20+ and the Charles Marine 5000 SP series 20A. The Charles Marine is more expensive and it has an analog amp meter of the face of it while the xantrex has digital lights. Both have the same 3 bank/3 stage charging. I'm interested for recommendations from persons with knowledge of the above chargers. I read good comments on the xantrex but cannot find any opinions on the Charles Marine. I use two banks, one with a group 27 deep cycle battery and another with two group 24 starting batteries in parallel all wet cells. Any help will be appreciated. S/V Calaloo
