Actually Guest (Marinco) have a few inexpensive chargers as well. Low output though. Some are portable, some hard wired.
Yeah but usually a lot more money. I have a Guest portable that works fairly well but it was pricey.... The ProSport Gen 2 or Gen 3 refurbs in 6A single output make a decent little winter top up unit... Everynow and then an 8A single output or 12A single output pops up...

I've used a hard wired Guest 10 Amp. for a few years to maintain my golf cart batteries. I haven't had to add water during that time and the batteries have been able to provide all my refer, lighting and other power needs when away from the dock for extended periods, albeit supplemented by a 50 watt solar panel.

I have a 12 amp Victor "smart charger" that looks identical to the B&D on Amazon. Works good, but will not charge a dead battery. That's when I dig out the old buzz box charger. I've rejuvenated many "dead" batteries including one I picked up by the dumpster at my marina. Still holding 12.79 volts after two months...
