Dear sailors, My battery charger , when charging produces this subtle noise which on a guiet day , sliping in one of the aft cabins can be heart as one would be sleaping under the 30.000 Volts electrical transmission cables . I guess it comes from the transformer. I did not have this noise on the old boat. Are there different types of transformers / chargers that do not produce any sound. Any advise will be most wellcomed. Regards Viktor

Charger noise

My Guest M/N 2620 makes only a small humming sound, and it is mounted on the bulkhead on the other side of the aft berth. It is not noticeable. You may want to check your mounting bolts for tightness, the mounting surface for flatness, or find some rubber feet to use as isolation. All that being said, if it's a new noise, you may want to contact the manufacturer.
