Barlow Winch Maintenance ???

I have been trying without success to find our where I can get maintenance items for by Barlow winches on my 1987 Hunter 31 sailboat. I have been told that Australian Winch Company has parts for the Barlows but I can't get them to respond to my email request for information. Does anyone have any ideas about where to get a maintenance kit with diagrams and instructions for maintaining a Barlow winch. I have never done this before so a diagram or pictures are necessary. Cap't Jim: Are you sure you have Barlows.I have an 87 H31 and have all Maxwells.Not the best but have served me well.ForrestS/V Patti Kelli II

Australian Winch Co

I have had excellent support for parts for Barient winches from the Australian Winch Company. They were very responsive to my emails. I had better luck with a direct email than working with the form submission on their web site. I worked with Bruno at winches@attglobal.net
