I have 1980 Barient 10P winches on my O'Day 23, and I am missing some parts, particulary the inside stainless steel washer. Lewmar does not make it. Does anyone know where I can find one, or what I might use as a substitute. Peter De S.

Since it's a small winch you're dealing with, at lease replacement isn't going to hurt you too much. Look on e-bay..
