Hello all, I've finally launched my Albin Ballad 30. This is still the best forum around and I'll continue to read it, even though I'm now Vega-less.

Congratulations! Your Ballad is BEAUTIFUL, and you once again have proven that you are a master craftsman! We haven't owned a Vega for 5 years, but still read this forum, and as you know, still go to the Vega Rendezvous. Among our original band of PNW Vegaterians, i believe only 3 of us still have Vegas--Chuck & Laura, Judy & Ken, and Austin...and Austin is shopping for another boat. Pretty soon we'll have to name our group Post-Vegaterians.

We had our Vega for 21 years, and loved it, but we were really glad to see her go to a new home and move our boating life onto a 30-footer with head clearance! Enjoy your boat, and we'll see you at Fisherman's next month!
