Balboa mast base part

I have a Balboa 20 that I do not know the year or serial # for. I broke the pivoting mast base and need to find one. Can anyone tell me where to look for the year and serial # (if needed) and how I can get the part I need?

They have produced the part on the base of the mast, and if memory serves the part on the top of the cabin in years past. They are in Idaho.
