Bahamas jumpoff point

I am deciding on the best ramp to put in at for a Bahamas week. I am from NY and would like suggestions on the best,closest boat ramp in Miami.
I have Crandon Park or Bob Matheson Park so far...????. I also need a parking spot for my car and trailer. The nearest storage I can find to these ramps is 17 miles away! Any suggestions would be really appreciated.

Billy, while probably further south than idea...Blackpoint Marina south of Miami in Kendall is a GREAT place to leave a car and trailer. It cost, however it appears to be a secure place.
I have a sailfishing Captain friend that I just sent an email to for the cost...and to be sure there are no restrictions on the time you can be there.
You may check with Riviera Beach Marina in Riviera Beach, (North of West Palm Beach), they have a nice set up there to.

Blackpoint is $10.00 per day to leave your vehicle...however my friend thinks you might talk to the dockmaster and get a better rate in the dry docking area.
Payment has to be in advance.
