Bill: The Pitcairn Islands
The Pitcairn Islands is a unique place, their remaining population of 50 are predominately directly descended from the Bounty mutineers and their Tahitian wives, who landed there in 1790. It's now a British Oversees Territory administered from New Zealand. It's strictly for expert cruisers (not me unfortunately) given it's remote location, and absence of secure anchorages. It is however remarkably insulated from modern law. I would love to go, just to experience the dialect, which is a mix of 18th Century English and Tahitian.
