Wondering if anyone else has had a bad experience with Annapolis Rigging?

A few years ago, I tried to get their attention in order to get a bid on some work I wanted done. I made repeated attempts to contact them and never got a response. I had heard from friends in Annapolis that they just had too much work and not enough qualified riggers. I moved on. I've had good luck with Atlantic Spars and Rigging and would recommend them.

Just because Annapolis Rigging couldn't get to you doesn't mean they are a bad company in terms of the quality of their service. They should've returned your inquiry to say that they weren't interested in doing your project or that they were too busy to get to it, however. They probably are very good at what they do and that is why they have so much work.

My two cents…………………………

The “Quality of Service” experience for a Customer begins on their initial attempt to contact a company. “Repeated Attempts” to reach a company with no response speaks
volumes of their Quality of Service.

I am in Warren’s area of the World; based on his experience, my first choice for a rigger
would NOT be Annapolis Rigging.
