I hope these are simple questions. Where can I find info on tensioners for back stays on an H23. Also, where can I find info on installing cleats at the stern (in place of the silly bars)? I tried the archives and came up empty. Thanks in advance.

I don't have all the answers but here's some info. A back stay adjuster can be simply made with a couple blocks around the split backstay tied in with another that connects to the transom. Then you simply pull the two down which pulls the split cables together. I found a cleat at West Marine that attaches to the cable which allows me to cleat off the adjuster when it's deployed. I'll get you some pictures this weekend.
