B361 Antenae and windindicators bent 130 degrees backwards

Just took delivery of my "new" 2001 B361 and motor for the past 8 hrs home.
Noticed both the mast top antenae and windindicator bent backwards 130 degrees or more! Was not like this on sea trail.

Also where can I get info on RL80 and RL70C as the Radar now on power up read "no data" with only range rings.

Any explanations and advice??
