B&G experts required

Hi folks,
i have a B&G network pilot that is not working. Its giving me rudder driver errors and rudder error codes. I can feel the hydraulic pump working but its not pushing the steer system. It would suggest that the rudder reference unit is inoperative, anyone got any suggestions?

Google B&G. They have a shop in FL and I found them quite helpful.
