There have been some recent posts asking about PHRF ratings. I received my provisional rating from the GYA yesterday. This is for the Keel/Centerboard, twin keel model 311 with standard inboard diesel, 2-blade prop, and gennaker: 177. It includes a 6 second prop allowance and a 3 second foresail allowance. This puts the B311 in the same handicap range as a Catalina 30. I hope this helps some decide to apply and race.
