B-31, Shaft Removal

Would appreciate info from B-31 owners if shaft could be pulled out without dropping the rudder. This after removing prop, cutlass bearing, transmission coupling and Volvo shaft seal. Thanks.

If not you could pull it forward just lift motor enough to slide it under and out

once you get the cutlass bearing removed there should be enough play in the shaft to slide ti past the rudder.
