I have an Avon Rover 280 with a high pressure air floor. The foot pump that came with it has no instructions. It can be used to inflate either the main chambers and keel or the air floor. I obviously do not want over inflate the chambers by mistake. Do I leave the plug in or out of the pump to inflate the floor ? Here is a link to the model that I have

Higher pressure is for the two floor chambers

only, lower pressure for the two tubes. I don't have that pump, but our Zodiac has 3 settings, low, medium and high. Low and medium for the tubes, all three for the floors. You should be able to tell what pressure is being supplied by how hard or easy it pumps with your foot on the bellows.

The answer

to your question is: Take the plug out for the floor. It seems counterintuitive, however, that is how it works. Dwain
