Availability of used Catalina 25 from 1990-1994

I am interested in a late model Catalina 25 swing/wing keel; understand that Catalina started making the 250 in 1995 (replacing the 25). For the last two months, I've been tracking used boats on about 6 web sites; 1989 is the latest model I see before the 250. Is it possible that Catalina didn't make any (or very few) 25s during these years (1990-94) in preparation for the new 250? Or, are people just not selling the later year models? Thanks

Call Catalina

Give Catalina a call. You'll probably find them very helpful. I'm curious as to why you'd pass up an older boat. Older Catalinas that are well cared for can be a great deal and just as good as a newer model. My 1981 C-30 is still going strong.
