Good music is ..good!!!! I listen to a lot more Mozart than Leaonard Skynard!!! Heck I listen to more Mendleson than Led Zepplin... But tonight we werewatchingPirates of the Carribean....endof the world. Makes one want to head for blue water.

Intellect aint all its cracked up to be.
Appreciation of music is another thing. I personally like opera and pretty much all classical music, AC/DC, Jimi Hendrix, Stephan Grappelli, John Coltrane and almost anything that sounds good to my ear which would include blues, jazz, country and even folk music, not to mention music from other nations around our world. I also learned to play the cello from a young age and now play the guitar and can fake a fiddle sound on the violin. It is all about being in the moment and with the rhythm, just like handling the tiller on a sailboat (kind of). You just have to enjoy it in the moment. Happy New year to all reading!
