Hi - We just bought one for our O'Day 31 from Cruising Direct, which is an online marketing company for North Sails and it looked like the best deal and they were easy to work with. Also, Sailnet.net has a link to a sailmaker that also has nice sails and you can get prices, ask questions, etc. and they are very helpful.

You'll find a good source right here

Those are good sources, but if you want a US-made (not offshore-built) sail, custom-made for your boat (rather than built to one a few standard specs) you'll probably find the best prices right on this site. Check the chandlery and click on the sail loft.ph.
