Asymmetrical Spinnaker and YouTube video

Has anyone tried this? Grandson found it on You Tube and since I have an Asymmetrical Spinnaker, he thinks it would be fun to try coming summer. Guess I agree with him about fun to try.

You'll need a symetrical chute

to do this, and lots of wind. There was a great artice in one of the sailing mags this past year about "Spinnaker Flying."

If you don't want to disappoint your grandson you might want to try halyard catapulting.

My luck... Tow boat would keep going and pull the top of my mast.
But sure looks like an adventure..
