Asymmetric Spinnaker Furler

Does anyone have any experience with an asymmetric spinnaker furler, such as Facnor's ASYM-FX?

I do a lot of singlehanding and want to furl and unfurl the spinnaker from the cockpit rather than using a sleeve on the foredeck.

Furline Spinnaker

I have a friend who has what is called a "Power Sail " by the mfg. on a Hunter 36. It is basically a furling spinnaker. So far they have not had real good success with it working as advertised. While it works well when it works, and really brings the boat to life in light air, has been a continuing problem raising, furling etc. Probably will be a lot better after they use it more, and get more accustomed to it, but at least so far, does not work real good.

I just ordered a UPS for my 36 with the Harken furler. Do you know what kind of problems they're having? Would sure like to know ahead of time so I don't have to go through a learning curve.
