Hi Guys, I'm looking for some answers again. I've got the 87 legend 37 and bought a spinnaker. They needed the (I)so I went to our home page and got the (I) of 49 feet. Went down to the boat today and looked it up in the owners manual and it says 48 feet. Does anyone Know what it really is? What kind of trouble is this going to cause? Thanks again Silk Sheets John Irvine

I and P switched

The Spec's on this web site are wrong, I=48.0 P= 49.0 J=13.5 E=15.5 . I have the same boat, and have bought new sails for it.

"Specifcations subject...

...to change without notice" Go to Sears and get a 100' METAL measuring tape. Haul it up on a halyard and then you'll know for sure. They cost about $15.00. Too small would probably be better than too long as you could just add a tack pennant. You may want to consider having the sail cut correctly. I would be concerned about being able to get sufficient luff tension for the sail to fly right on closer wind angles. (Unless you'll be able to put a shorter pennant on it and fly it closer to the deck by a foot) Jim "Prospect"
