Arrival of the Lady J. She comes to Baggett and Son's for a makeover...

The Lady J came in today via truck.

We got her blocked off and did an inspection.

We'll start working one her Monday.

That is a pretty boat and she'll be a beauty when you're done with her.

She must be a fast boat judging from those lines. She doesn't look like she was built to carry a heavy load of stores for a long cruise.

Paul, yeah, I just picked up another boat today for some work. We now have four in the yard including mine. It's a quickie job though and will finish by next Friday. The Lady J is there for the long haul.

Ross, she has decent scantlings and 9" centers on her ribs. Much better than the PCC's. This one is hull number one and was lost to the world the last twenty years. There are many interested observers watching this restoration.
