Russ, you are so true making a hobby into a business which I did when starting a sailboat dealership. Once retired, I have not looked back but there is still a part of me that wants to go back to sailing. Building a new home in the mountains has had a lot of work but it is worth it for the 340 degree views overlooking the beginning of the James River and a very active CSX railroad tracks that great great granddaddy built. My current project is modeling the entire basement and if any scalwags want to stay here, we have a place for you. The sky is beautiful at night with no lights to interfere and no neighbors side by side.
