How do you affix the state registration sticker to PVC??
I used a kit from West Marine that consisted of stencils and paint for the registration numbers, but as you can see, it wasn't very durable.

For the stickers, I attached one to the inside of the transom, and the other one on top of the motor.

Our new Achilles LSI-290 arrived a few days ago. I inflated it this evening in our living room, and was impressed with the quality. And, though it's only a foot longer and a little wider than the RU-260 (and with significantly larger tubes), it seems enormous in comparison.

When the 5 of us (2 adults, 2 kids, and one toddler) were in the RU-260, it was obvious that the boat was too small for all of us. And while the LSI-290 is officially a 4 person boat, it just seems so much bigger, and we all fit very comfortably.

We have a Zodiac PVC dinghy with the inflatable floor. In addition to being less expensive than its hypalon counterpart, it is also considerably lighter, which was a factor for us seeing as how we sometimes lift it on deck, deflate it, and store it on the cabin sole when racing (yes we really do this).

Biggest beef with it is that the floor got all sticky and there is nothing you can really do about it except maybe paint it. On the bright side, sometimes the sticky stuff gets on the bottom of your boat shoes and improves traction on the deck of the mothership!
